Questions
What counts as a partner connection?
An approved partnership between your company and another company on MDR. A pending invite costs nothing. Both companies count the connection as one of their own partners and each pays for its own list.
What happens when the 60 days end?
Every partner connection is billed at $250 per month from then on. You add a payment method in My Profile → Billing before the trial ends; without one, the account is paused until a card is on file. Nothing is deleted.
Can I add a fourth partner during the trial?
Yes, with a payment method on file. The first 3 are free for the whole trial; additional partners are billed at the monthly rate.
How is a month calculated?
A partner is billed for a month if it was active at any point in that month. Add one on the 28th and it is billed for that month; remove one on the 2nd and it is billed for that month and gone the next. No proration, nothing hidden.
What does Professional add?
Hot Sauce AI after the trial and unlimited data sources, for $100 per month on top of the partner charge. The trial includes Hot Sauce AI on every plan so you can see it work; Professional is how you keep it.
Is there a discount code field?
Yes — at registration and in My Profile → Billing. A code takes a percentage off your monthly invoice for a set number of months or indefinitely.
